Servizio pessimo, disorganizzazione e maleducazione. vi auguro di chiudere. Mi hanno sostituito il vetro del mio iPhone dicendo che sarebbe stato pronto in 30 minuti massimo 1 ora. Quando mi hanno restituito il telefono hanno detto che era ok e invece il nuovo schermo dava problemi, era buio e non si vedeva.Mi hanno detto di aspettare ancora un ora invece ho atteso altre 3 ore per avere di nuovo il mio telefono.Ho aspettato in totale 4 ore fuori dal negozio e senza telefono. Lo schermo ancora non va bene, dopo che ho finito la conversazione non torna la luminosità. Servizio pessimo veramente, pagato 220 sterline. Vi auguro veramente di chiudere.

After waiting 6 weeks for a repair it wasn't fully repaired and returned without the sim card or micro SD card and without its tray. I was also told it would take 2 weeks, then another two weeks but it in fact took 6. I was also not told that I could have tracked my phone the whole time. I was also offered regular updates but never received any unless I popped into store cause I work near by. Over all I'm very upset and it still cost more than I thought it would. Got a free phone case tho, that's all they could offer.

Absolutely dreadful and unacceptable service and behaviour from the the staff member my son was dealing with. They replaced the battery with a faulty one, then refused to replace their faulty one without being given another 50. Very rude and unhelpful. Also - it is not polite to speak in another language in front of customers who can't understand what is being said regarding their request (this applies to any language not just this particular one). Never go to this place. Phone hell.
